Steve is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, audit and general accounting, treasury, tax and risk management and professional/personal development of staff. Stephen M. McGrory, Sr. has over 30 years of combined leadership experience as a Military Officer in the US Air Force, a Corporate Banker & Consultant. His resume includes:
Presently the Founder and Managing Partner of a consulting, management advisory and CFO outsourcing firm in Nashville, TN which started in 2012.
Served as the CFO & Head of Corporate Development directing daily financial operations and strategy for the leading Army C4ISR, Logistics, Readiness, System Integration and Project Management DoD Contractor in the United States.
Consulted to fortune 100 companies in the areas of treasury/cash management optimization, working capital management, structured finance and risk solutions for JP Morgan Chase and Citicorp.
Started a non-profit, Project Champion, in 2015 that provides athletics-based activities for the youth of Nashville.
US Air Force ROTC graduate of Rutgers University, and he holds an MBA from New York University.
Board service includes the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Aquinas College (Nashville), Colotraq Corporation, Engineering Solutions & Products, LLC and currently serves as the President of the MG Daniel Callahan Chapter of the US Air Force Association, serving Middle Tennessee.
