Stephen McGrory is CFO of the Payne Stewart Kids Golf Foundation with 25+ combined years of military experience and business leadership as an accomplished and recognized hands-on executive guiding individuals, business units and organizations toward optimal, purpose driven, performance. A passion for, and track record of, achieving superior organizational results while concurrently managing the personal and professional objectives of direct reports and subordinates.

Cathy Harbin, a Class A member of the PGA of America and a PGA Master Professional, recently was appointed to the board of the Payne Stewart Kids Golf Foundation. Cathy also is a member the PGA Board of Directors as its second only At-Large Director. With over 25 years as an operator in the golf business, including 12 years managing the World Golf Village golf courses, Cathy has perfected training and operational systems that create a consistent world class experience along with sustainable profits. Additionally, she is a member of the LPGA and Vice President of the National Golf Course Owners Association.

Strategy & Advisory Coach
In the same manner Caz founded upward sports to be the world’s largest Christian sports league for young athletes, he is helping to create a similar model for youth golf. Caz’s 25 years of experience in sports, recreation, youth ministry and executive leadership help to direct our overall strategy and connecting our golf learning experiences with the thousands of churches.

Colby is one of the original team members helping to drive the Payne Stewart Golf Camps vision and strategy. He is responsible for developing and implementing golf camp curriculum, locations partnerships, leader training, and on-going church and college campus programming, partnerships, and recruiting.

Stephen is an original investor and financial visionary. He is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, tax / risk management and professional/personal development of staff. As a military veteran, Steve embraces working with kids and providing opportunities for them to experience life in a different way.
